Meet the owner of ChiroElite Chiropractic
Dr. Thomas R Pellatt, DC • Palmer Graduate • Certified Medical Examiner • Eau Claire Native
“THE DOCTOR OF THE FUTURE WILL GIVE NO MEDICINE BUT WILL INTEREST THE PATIENT IN THE CARE OF THE HUMAN FRAME, IN DIET, AND IN THE CAUSE AND PREVENTION OF DISEASE.”
-Thomas Edison
Thank you for visiting ChiroElite Chiropractic + Rehab and taking a moment to learn a little more about me and our clinic.
My name is Dr. Tom Pellatt, and I’m proud to call the Chippewa Valley home. I grew up on the south side of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, graduated from Regis High School in 2003, and went on to attend the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, where I studied Biology and Chemistry. From there, I earned my Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.
After graduating, I moved to Chicago and worked in two fast-paced, high-volume clinics—an experience that helped sharpen my clinical skills and exposed me to a wide variety of conditions and patient needs. I also had the unique opportunity to work in Colorado Springs, Colorado, supporting athletes at the U.S. Olympic Training Center. During that time, I worked closely with the Men’s and Women’s U.S. Wrestling and Powerlifting teams, delivering chiropractic care that high-level performers relied on to stay strong, mobile, and competition-ready.
Over the years, I’ve trained in a wide range of techniques including Impulse (Activator) adjusting, Diversified, Drop Table, Active Release Technique (ART), Chiropractic BioPhysics, Cervical Decompression, and more. I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to chiropractic care—every patient is different, and the best results come from a plan that fits your body, your goals, and your lifestyle.
Patients often tell me they choose ChiroElite because they feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. I take pride in creating a welcoming environment and delivering care that is gentle when it needs to be, and powerfully effective when it matters most. I’ve worked extensively with pregnant women, toddlers, children, athletes, and adults of all ages and activity levels—and my goal is always the same: help you move better, feel better, and get back to living your life with confidence.
If you’re looking for a chiropractor who takes the time to understand your needs and delivers results-driven care with a personal touch, I’d be honored to help.
Yours in health,
Dr. Tom Pellatt
